These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ha9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at ha9999.app. By creating an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the ha9999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

ha9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ha9999.

ha9999 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets. All monetary transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ha9999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in their own jurisdiction.

To access real-money games and place wagers on ha9999, you must register a player account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact ha9999 support at [email protected] immediately. ha9999 will not be held liable for losses sustained due to a player's failure to protect their account credentials.

All account communications, including promotional notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts, will be sent to the email address and mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that these contact details remain accurate and up to date. Changes to registered contact details require SMS verification to the existing registered number before they take effect.

During an active investigation, the player will be unable to deposit, withdraw, or access funds held in the account wallet. ha9999 cooperates fully with relevant financial authorities in Bangladesh in cases involving suspected financial crime.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on ha9999:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotional period. One eligible player is defined as one unique individual, verified by a single registered account, NID, device, and payment method.
2. Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
3. Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
4. ha9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it, without prior notice.
5. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to bets placed outside the eligible games specified in the promotion's terms.
6. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds, reversal of bonus-derived winnings, and permanent account closure.

ha9999 monitors platform activity continuously using automated risk and fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for investigation will be temporarily suspended. Accounts found to be in material breach of the fair use provisions above will be permanently closed and may be reported to relevant financial authorities in Bangladesh.

ha9999 employs age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players may be required to submit proof of age — accepted in the form of a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before their account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. Accounts where age verification has not been completed will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is completed.

If ha9999 has reason to suspect that a registered account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any net deposits will be returned to the payment method used — minus any amounts already used for wagering. No winnings will be paid out to a player found to be under 18.

We will act promptly to close the account and return any net deposits. We also encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling sites on devices used by minors.

You may request the closure of your ha9999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000 and that there are no outstanding verification requirements on the account.

ha9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent account information or verification documents.
• Evidence of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or any other financial crime.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by ha9999.
• Account inactivity: accounts with a zero balance that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be archived. Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, applied until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ha9999 reserves the right to void any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and — in cases of proven fraud — any other balance held in the account at the time of closure. ha9999's decision in such cases is final.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform may not request account reactivation until the self-exclusion period they selected has fully elapsed. ha9999 will not process early reactivation requests under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the welfare of the player.

ha9999 provides its platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption and that all games, payment systems, and features function correctly, ha9999 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ha9999 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Loss of account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, RNG results, or game round resolutions — these are outside ha9999's direct control and are governed by the provider's own certification and audit standards.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ha9999's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ha9999 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved directly with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures communicated to the player in writing at the time the dispute is escalated.
